Stumbled upon this from Deb DiSalvo from Artistic Flair - she used old gift cards to make these key chains! She creates colorful fused glass art so I suspect some if not all of these were fused. Maybe she'll post a how-to on her blog sometime in the future. (Pretty please Deb?)
